Four Score Media is a family company, named by our oldest son. We studied and became great admirers of President Abraham Lincoln when we spent a few years living near his boyhood home in Southern Indiana. In 1997, we decided that we should all memorize the Gettysburg Address. Mom made little drawings on index cards to help cue our memory of each phrase. We had a family event on Lincoln’s Birthday – Feb. 12 – where we recited the speech. Each person who did it correctly was rewarded a ‘portrait of Lincoln’ in the form of a new $5 bill. Years later, as the oldest one was graduating from college, he suggested we produce the cards for others who want to learn one of the greatest, most moving speeches ever delivered.
